Robert J. Drakulich is an associate at The Drakulich Firm, A Professional Law Corporation and a member of the firm’s civil litigation trial team. Mr. Drakulich focuses his practice primarily on products liability, personal injury, medical malpractice and business litigation cases. Mr. Drakulich is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in both California and Nevada.
Mr. Drakulich graduated (cum laude) from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received awards and distinctions as one of the top students in torts, evidence, art law, law skills 1A (legal research and writing), law skills 1B (appellate advocacy), law skills 2 (mock trial) and evidence advocacy lab (trial and motion practice). Mr. Drakulich also received an award for his contributions to the University’s Center for Public Interest Law.
Before entering law school, Mr. Drakulich was a high school teacher, tennis coach and a working artist. He received a B.A. from the College of Creative Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He endeavors to employ his creative skills in law. Much like art, when reviewing a client’s case, Mr. Drakulich looks at it from every angle, reduces it to the simplest form and tries to think of the most compelling method to convey it to an audience.
